House is situated on Chepstow Road in the Beechwood area of
Newport. The area itself offers some fine places of interest
to visit.
Newport
itself offers it's own castle, cathedral, Transporter
Bridge and manor - Tredegar
House.
Close-by is the Roman village of Isca, Caerleon,
with it's Roman History Museum.
To
the west, the wonderful city of Cardiff
with it's splendid
Cardiff Castle, the wonderful Cardiff
Bay and the Welsh Folk Museum at St. Fagans.
To
the east, the magnificent Wye Valley with it's panoramic views
of the area; Chepstow Castle and Tintern Abbey.
Labuan House is also ideally located within a short drive of the Newport International Sports Village and Newport Wetlands Visitor Centre.
